Zero Gravity Replacement Instructions
Please note the new
laces are stronger and do not have to be double
laced. Because they are stronger, they are also
shorter. If you attempt to double lace your
chair (except as indicated) you will not have
enough lacing to replace your chair.

Comments and Advise from Some Of Our Customers: I just re-did one of my Gravity Chairs using your kit. I used wire ties to secure the ends since I didn’t have or want to purchase special tools. I just doubled up the ends and wire tied them. I used a pair of hemostats to secure the line as I went so I would not lose the tension as I went and this is a huge helper for anyone doing this. You could use vice grips too. My Chair has 30 grommets per side. I used the cord full length for the two bottom sides and ended up with 5’ of cord left over to do the tops. When done I had maybe 5” left over having done all four sections with the rest. Nice job on length! So my findings are you need two 5’ lengths for the bottom and two 2 ˝’ lengths for the tops. Hope this helps you guys…now to see about the other chair… Thanks!,
