If you choose to purchase products from our site, you will need to provide the following information so that we can fulfill your order:- Name, Contact

We request a contact phone number in case one of our customer service representatives would need to reach you, such as in order to arrange a delivery time or discuss your order status. We request your e-mail address because we send a e-mail message acknowledging receipt of your order. This message contains the list of items you purchased, a reference number, delivery method (UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service) and the total amount of items requested, but it does NOT contain your credit card number.
You are also emailed a delivery confirmation, tracking number, and estimated
date of delivery.
We do NOT sell or give to any third party under any circumstances any of the personal information you provide to complete your order.
No personally identifiable customer information is sold or traded to unaffiliated companies.
We
treat our data as assets that must be protected against loss and
unauthorized access. We employ information security techniques to
appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access by
users inside and outside the company. Access to customer information is

Additionally, the Reef Scuba Online Fulfillment System is not connected to the internet and is not accessible in any way, which keeps your information secure once it reaches us.
Non-encrypted Server
If you are experiencing problems accessing our SSL server which provides encrypted data transmission of your credit card information, our non-encrypted server is available. Please note that the non-encrypted server does not encrypt your credit card information when transmitted.
Protecting Children
Reef Scuba Accessories, Inc., take special
care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our web site is a
general audience site. It is our policy, in compliance with the requirements
of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), not to collect
information online about or from children age 13 and under. We also do not
send email or regular US Mail correspondence to anyone under the age of 13
without their parent's consent.
