You would be surprised at the number of orders that come in with incorrect
or missing information.
The most common errors are wrong zip codes and/or missing
suite or apartment numbers.
A business working out of a home is considered "residential"
shipping by UPS. Please click the appropriate box when filling out the order
form.
Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase
from Reef Scuba Accessories, Inc. If you receive an item you are
dissatisfied with, you may return it within fifteen (15) days for a refund or exchange within our current return/exchange policy guidelines. Shipped Merchandise Returns
If you are returning merchandise that are new products, unused condition,
contact us by email within 15 days from receipt. If you have a return/exchange due to
shipping error, defect, or damage, also contact us within 15 days from receipt . Contact us toll-free at 1-800-633-4837 or 1-757-436-7664. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number must be obtained and put on
the outside package of your order before return. Any Returns without an RMA will be rejected.
Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received.
- To return an item you must send us an
email or call to receive a Return Authorization Number. If using
email, be sure to include your
name and invoice number, what your returning and why in your email message. Return
shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization
Number.
- All items returned for any reason
other than defect or error on our part will be subject to a 15%
re-stocking fee and must be returned within 15 days.
- Returned items must be in the
original packaging it was shipped with all accessories included. If it
is not, we will not issue any credit.
- Refunds will be
made by crediting for the products with methods appropriate to the
situation (i.e. credit card, business check, in-store account
credit or equal value exchange of other products.)
Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All returned items will be inspected
upon delivery. We are not responsible for returned items that are
damaged, lost, improperly packaged, or misdirected and we will not issue
any credit on them.
- Bungee cord and surgical tubing are
cut to order; they are NOT returnable. Please make sure that you are
ordering the correct size, color, and length of bungee cord or surgical
tubing. If you have questions regarding our line of bungee cord and/or
surgical tubing or are unsure of the size you are looking for, call
1-800-633-4837 or 1-757-436-7664 and speak to one of our customer
service representatives so we can help you avoid mistakes.
- Any items that were special ordered,
installed, custom made, or keyed-alike are not returnable.
- Return shipments received without
prior authorization will not be credited. This authorization number must
be clearly written on the outside of the box.

Please note: APO/international ship-to addresses are not eligible for returns.
Restocking Fee
Unless the
product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Reef Scuba error,
Reef Scuba might charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price
paid.
Refunds/Exchanges

If you receive a product you are dissatisfied with for any reason other than a shipping error, defect or damage, simply call us toll-free at 1-800-633-4837 or 1-757-436-7664. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for obtaining a refund
or exchange for the product returned.

- Securely (and appropriately) package the
product(s) you are sending back.
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package. Mark the
product(s) you are returning.
- Clearly mark the RMA # on
the outside of the package and send it (prepaid and insured) to:
